Your appointment time is estimated based on the number of patients before your turn. It may vary as the doctor may take a little longer to see each patient.

Walk-in consultation is available. However it is recommended to make an appointment to avoid long waiting time.

After the consultation you can choose to collect the herbal prescription in raw form or opt for our brewing service. Our clinic staff or you would arrange a time for the collection.

At the moment, we do not provide any delivery services. You can arrange a pickup service during our working hours and inform our staff that you are unavailable for collection.

An medical certificate can be issued. However, it is advised to check with your employer to verify if a medical certificate from a Chinese medicine clinic is accepted.

Please ask your physician or physiotherapist for the documentation on the day of your visit if you need a medical record for insurance claims.

Currently, the clinic only provides face to face consultation.
