Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) involves the use of Chinese herbs and other approaches e.g. Acupuncture/Tuina to address health problems. Various factors including environmental factors, mental health, food and diet etc can affect one’s health, therefore TCM emphasises greatly on the prevention of diseases. TCM physicians usually assess patients’ symptoms and conditions based on the four diagnostic methods: Observations 望, Auscultation (listening) & olfaction (smelling) 闻, Inquiry 问 and Pulse analysis 切.

After the consultation with our physician, patients are usually prescribed with a herbal prescription. As our clinic prescribes Chinese herbs in the raw form only, patients will be required to boil the herbs. The clinic does offer brewing service at an additional cost.
